The Ahto High Court on Manaan is governed by the Ahto City Civil Authority who imprisoned and then freed Revan in 3956 BBY after he unvailed the Sith plot to overtake the planet. The chief Justice, Shelkar, presided over Revan’s hearing, and also Sunry’s, where Revan acted as an Arbiter of the court at Jolee Bindo’s request.
